A bit more about me...

I'm Tara Rai, artist, therapist and student of life. It has been my privilege to have spent the majority of my life exploring the meaning of existence through art, various therapeutic modalities and spiritual traditions that have brought me back to life. As a British born Indian, it has been a fascination of mine to explore the meeting of Eastern and Western philosophies into a grounded way of being.

Having experienced a life altering trauma at birth where the nerves of my right arm were severed as a result of getting pulled out too hastily (Erb's Palsy), I have been on a life long journey of healing my body, psyche and soul. Over the past decade I have been lucky enough to have been exposed to some of the most cutting edge healing modalities including Internal Family Systems, Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises and Brainspotting, all of which I offer to individuals also looking for transformation at the core of their being.

I currently live in SE London where I enjoy dancing Five Rhythms, finding hidden green gems in the city and exploring my creativity at my art studio once a week.

I work with clients both in person and online.
