My Story
I have spent the majority of my life exploring the meaning of existence through various art forms, healing modalities and spiritual traditions that re-birthed me back to life.
Having experienced a life altering trauma at birth where the nerves of my right arm were severed as a result of getting pulled out too hastily (Erb's Palsy), I have been on a life long journey of healing my body, psyche and soul.
As a British born Indian, it has been a fascination of mine to explore the meeting of Eastern and Western philosophies into an accessible, grounded way of being.
I have been lucky enough to have been exposed to some of the most cutting edge healing modalities including Internal Family Systems, Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises and Brainspotting, all of which I offer to individuals looking for transformation at the core of their being.
I have regular supervision and therapy. This is something I believe is integral to my work and journey as a human.
The Lineage of Tara
My personal story and natural inquisitveness meant that I explored a wide variety of healing modalities from a young age, all of which have undoubtably shaped my client work and connection to the greater mysteries of life. The trainings listed below are a snapshot of commitments I've made to learn how to heal both my self and others. However, there are many more elements that have gone into my personal and professional unfolding including over a decade of meditation, personal ongoing therapy, supervision, plant medicine ceremonies, silent retreats and regular dance classes to name but a few other elements that are integral to who I am and how I work.
